CALSAGA launches new proprietary Training Curriculum

Attention proprietary security employers.  Are you aware that proprietary security officers, effective December 2009, must complete a 16 hour training course?  If this is news to you, there is no need to worry.  CALSAGA now offers the training curriculum to get you and your officers in compliance with the law.

NEWS ALERT: CA court rules on meal and rest break

The California Supreme Court released a ruling today in the Brinker v. Superior Court case announcing that employers are under no obligation to ensure that workers take legally mandated lunch and rest breaks.
